1. Payments

Anomaly garments are entirely manufactured in the Netherlands in small quantities, which are available on pre-order and manufactured on demand,
therefore a non-refundable Reservation Fee (30%) is required to confirm the order.

The additional payment (70%) for the manufactured garment will be requested via
e-mail before the garment is ready to ship.

Anomaly garments are entirely manufactured in the Netherlands in small volumes and availability is subject to expire at any time.

Payments are accepted through bank transfers, as well as Paypal direct payments.

2. Shipping

ONLY SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU.
Note that shipping is not included in the price of the garment. Also, shipping rates and time are subject to the shipping destination. All of which will be clearly communicated before the Reservation Fee transaction.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

3. Returns

All Anomaly garments are made to the customer’s express order and therefore returns are acceptable only in case of a faulty or defective item.

Please make sure to check the description of the garment and size chart before ordering. For any doubt/question please contact us at contact@anmlydesign.com.

We will do our best to assist you with any questions.

In case of a faulty or defective item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags, and in original condition. Please, contact us before proceeding with the shipping. Do not forget to mention your order number.
