1. Payments

Anomaly garments are entirely manufactured in the Netherlands in small quantities, which are available on pre-order and manufactured on demand,
therefore, a non-refundable Reservation Fee (50%) is required to confirm the order.

The additional payment (50%) for the manufactured garment will be requested via
e-mail before the garment is ready to ship.

Anomaly garments are manufactured entirely in Amsterdam in small volumes, and availability is subject to change at any time.

Payments are accepted via bank transfers and PayPal direct payments.

2. Shipping

ONLY SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU.
Note that shipping is not included in the garment's price. Also, shipping rates and time are subject to the shipping destination. All of which will be clearly communicated before the Reservation Fee transaction is processed.

The customer assumes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

3. Returns

All Anomaly garments are made to the customer’s express order; therefore, returns are accepted only for faulty items.

We will do our best to assist you with any questions you may have.

For a faulty item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags, and in original condition. Please get in touch with us before proceeding with the return. Do not forget to mention your order number.
